Hiz Jamali and Chris Nunn talk Canopy Temperature Sensors at the GVIA SIP2 Field Day 2021

Plant Based sensing through the use of Canopy Temperature Sensors is now possible through the work of Hiz Jamali and Chris Nunn from CSIRO. The technology allows continuous measurement of canopy temperature. The information provides an understanding of crop stress and when combined with soil moisture data through the GoannaAg Go Field enables more optimised irrigation scheduling.
