Smarter Irrigation bringing producers and researchers together

James Toscan an irrigator from southern NSW talks about being part of the Smarter Irrigation for Profit phase 2 research project. The research brings together producers, researchers and industry partners to enhance water use efficiency using smart Automation. The projects uses field sensors to determine the water the crop needs, data analytics and automated gate controls to improve irrigation efficiency.
